Mike Till brings over 30 years Naval Surface Warfare Center experience and leadership to UICGS and Bowhead. In order to capitalize on Mike’s pertinent experience and expert skills of team building, strategy development, and technical judgement, Bowhead expanded the Executive Team and corporate service offerings to now include Advanced Technology.

Tim Minish brings over 40 years of experience in federal contracting and military service. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Tim is responsible for all Business Development operations including pricing, pipeline, capture, proposal management and competitive intelligence.

Steven Holdsworth has more than 14 years of human resources leadership experience in the government contracting and healthcare industries. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Society for Human Resource Management–Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
