As President of the Logistics & Marine (L&M) business line, Justin is responsible for operations management, strategic planning, business development, proposal development, budget management, team building, training, executive presentations, and leadership for 900 employees across more than 26 unique locations.

As President of the Engineering & Program Management business line, Rob is responsible for operations management, strategic planning, business development, proposal development, budget development, management, team building, training, executive presentations, and leadership for nearly 900 highly educated, highly skilled employees across more than 26 unique locations.

Tim Howell is a business executive with more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing, overseeing programs from development through the full life cycle. He is a recognized leader in Lean practices and continuous improvement, with proven results in production and field sustainment.

Mike Till brings over 30 years Naval Surface Warfare Center experience and leadership to UICGS and Bowhead. In order to capitalize on Mike’s pertinent experience and expert skills of team building, strategy development, and technical judgement, Bowhead expanded the Executive Team and corporate service offerings to now include Advanced Technology.

Tim Minish brings over 40 years of experience in federal contracting and military service. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Tim is responsible for all Business Development operations including pricing, pipeline, capture, proposal management and competitive intelligence.

Roy Joun is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience in growth, strategy, acquisitions & mergers, finance, operations, business development, global fiscal and taxation policy, legal, and governance.

Steven Holdsworth has more than 14 years of human resources leadership experience in the government contracting and healthcare industries. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Society for Human Resource Management–Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
