Steven Holdsworth

Vice President of Human Resources

Steven Holdsworth serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC), providing leadership across human resources programs and workforce initiatives throughout the UIC Family of Companies.

Steven brings decades of human resources leadership experience across government contracting, Alaska Native Corporations, and the healthcare industry. He first joined UIC in 2007 supporting UIC Government Services and has held multiple human resources leadership roles with the corporation. In 2018, his responsibilities expanded to oversee human resources programs across UIC’s enterprise.

Steven holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Outside of UIC, Steven is active in his community and has volunteered and coached youth baseball.
