Mike Till brings over 30 years Naval Surface Warfare Center experience and leadership to UICGS and Bowhead. In order to capitalize on Mike’s pertinent experience and expert skills of team building, strategy development, and technical judgement, Bowhead expanded the Executive Team and corporate service offerings to now include Advanced Technology.

Mike leads Advanced Technology to focus on providing solutions and services to the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) opportunities across the Department of Defense.
