Bowhead serves as the federal contracting division of Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC), an Alaska Native Corporation. Our foundation is built on the strength of our Iñupiat shareholders and the values they embody. Every program we support, every partnership we foster, and every solution we deliver is driven by a commitment to excellence, service, and cultural stewardship. Live the values awards

The Live the Values Awards recognize Bowhead employees who embody the Iñupiat Values in their daily work. These awards honor individuals who demonstrate excellence, integrity, and cultural stewardship, making a difference for our customers, our communities, and our shareholders. Nominations are reviewed each fall, and awards are announced each December during the UIC Government Services/Bowhead Holiday Party.
