President of Logistics & Marine Business Line

As President of the Logistics & Marine (L&M) business line, Justin is responsible for operations management, strategic planning, business development, proposal development, budget management, team building, training, executive presentations, and leadership for 900 employees across more than 26 unique locations.

During his 20-year journey with Bowhead, Justin has advanced through progressive operations and business development roles, including Site Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Vice President of Maintenance, and most recently, President of the L&M business line.

Throughout his career, Justin has been a pivotal part of Bowhead’s executive management team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in driving logistics and marine operations. His deep understanding of military base operations support, telecommunications, maintenance and logistics services, training, marine operations, and program management has been invaluable to the L&M business line and Bowhead as a whole.

Above all, Justin is most proud of his faith and his family. Guided by his strong faith in life and leadership, Justin credits his faith for his personal and professional success.
