Bowhead Professional Solutions, LLC provides program management services in support of NAVSEA. The SeaPort-e IDIQ and MAC contracts allow Bowhead to provide NAVSEA-wide, consistent procurement process which allows NAVSEA to leverage quality and cost control and work requirements for its Directorates, PEOs, and field activities. These contracts include all aspects of professional support services and engineering, technical, and programmatic support services through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle – technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction / production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.
