Bowhead Professional Solutions Awarded Services Contract for NSWC-Crane Division

Company Opens Office in Area to Support New Work

 

BEDFORD, INDIANA (January 15, 2015) – Bowhead Professional Solutions, LLC (BPS, commonly known as Bowhead) announced the award of a contract to provide services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)-Crane Division in Crane, IN. With the award of this contract, Bowhead invests in the local community with the addition of a new office.

Bowhead will provide complete sustainment engineering, logistics, and program support for various Department of Defense systems and platforms which will be led by Program Manager Jesse Stanley. This new contract will further strengthen Bowhead’s presence at NSWC Crane, where they have been providing support since 2008. The company recently opened a new office at 906 16th St, Suite 1 in Bedford, IN to provide additional support for the contract.

Vice President Cathy Poole remarked on the award of this contract, “We have been proud to be a member of the community in and around Crane. We look forward to a sustained partnership with our US Navy client, the business community, and the local citizens of Crane through not only our contracting work, but also our involvement in community organizations such as the Monroe County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for abused/neglected children, Jesse Stanley’s involvement with the Boys and Girls Club, and efforts to nurture Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in the area.”
